At GDE we are pleased to offer many opportunities for you to learn more about managing your diabetes; these are 1:1 sessions to address your specific questions and needs. Through the services below, we provide appointments for carb-counting, diabetic dietary management, and education on device therapy options. For those who are already on device therapy, we (and our supporting device representatives) offer support with continuous glucose monitor data interpretation and effectiveness for glucose regulation, insulin pump therapy refresher training, review of pump download for success in your personal diabetes goals, and troubleshooting issues related top devices, pump, and CGM sites. They are all open to scheduling with you one-on-one to review your personal goals and collaboration with your GDE physician.
