New Diabetes Technology!
Today’s diabetes technology is designed with patients in mind, focusing on comfort, simplicity, and ease of use. New glucose sensors, including MiniMed’s Simplera and Instinct, are smaller and easier to wear than earlier devices and do not require routine fingersticks. These work with MiniMed 780G insulin pump system, giving real-time glucose trends that help your pump respond automatically to highs and lows.
The latest Dexcom G7 sensor can be worn for up to 15 days, reducing how often sensors need to be changed. These tools work quietly in the background, providing helpful information without disrupting daily life. This sensor is compatible with popular insulin pumps like Insulet’s Omnipod 5, Tandem’s t:slim X2 and Mobi and Beta Bionics’s iLet.
Our team takes time to guide each patient step by step, ensuring technology feels supportive, not overwhelming, so you can focus on living well with diabetes.Grunberger Diabetes Institute (GDI) is celebrating 23 years in business and counting! We want to celebrate with the patients that made it all possible. These events are free and welcome to the public, but we would love for you to register and give us an idea of the number of people you’re bringing so we can generously accommodate all those interested.
