As we celebrate 23 years of serving this wonderful community, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to you—our dedicated and supportive patients. Your trust, loyalty, and encouragement have been the foundation of our small business, and we wouldn’t be here without you.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to provide compassionate and personalized care to friends navigating their diabetes and endocrinology struggles and journeys toward wellness. Over the years, we have witnessed incredible strength, resilience, and joy within this community. Seeing you all grow, overcome challenges, and thrive has been the greatest reward of all.
Your continued support—whether through referrals, kind words, or simply choosing our practice—has allowed us to remain independent and committed to the values we hold dear. In an era where small businesses face many challenges, your belief in what we do means more than we can express.
As we look ahead, we’re excited to share that we are expanding our team to better meet the needs of our patients. We kindly ask for your patience as we welcome new practitioners and support staff to continue offering you the personalized care you deserve. One of our newest additions includes an experienced nurse practitioner, Renalda Dashi, who will further strengthen our care team as she is qualified and skilled to treat patients independently.
In other exciting news, we’re thrilled to introduce a non-invasive technology that enhances our Cornerstone Wellness Program: the NMS-100. Developed by NEX Medical Solutions, this advanced tool performs over 30 assessments—without the need for any bloodwork—to provide you with a comprehensive Cardiometabolic Risk Score and Wellness Score. For those on Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, or Wegovy, we’ve also updated our approach to include comprehensive support through our Cornerstone Wellness Program. This program is designed to help you keep the weight off, maintain strength and muscle mass, and adopt sustainable lifestyle changes that support your long-term success—including the eventual discontinuation of medication when appropriate.
